Although most of the Reintegration techniques are described in books "Inner Peace, Outer Success" and "Inner Freedom Techniques," here you can still find a lot of invaluable material, suitable for practical use in everyday life.
Naturally, techniques are the basis of the whole system. There are basic, auxiliary and main techniques, all of which were designed specifically for use in Reintegration.
The BASIC TECHNIQUES are like building blocks, used to address essential ways of dealing with the content of mind – how to remove, transform or create a mind content. There is “Dissolving the Temporary I” (for removing mind content) and “Moving to the Heart” (for creating content). Other basic techniques are either a combination of these two (“Dissolving the Temporary I Plus”), or have another purpose – refining or transmuting the mind content (“Gentle Touch of Presence” and “Freshness & Acceptance”). AUXILIARY TECHNIQUES are here only to improve the effectiveness of basic or main techniques. Their use is recommended, but not required. They are particularly helpful during situations when you are confused or indecisive after performing other Reintegration techniques. When this issue shows up, you could quickly ask your subconscious mind for an answer by using, for example, the “Manual Muscle Testing” method. The MAIN TECHNIQUES are the pillars of the system. The “Inner Triangle” (shortened: IT) is the central and most comprehensive technique, while the “Single Chain” and “Double Chain” are alternative, simplified versions which may be more useful under some circumstances. All these IT variations are designed for solving problems via transforming parts of the personality, leading them to their highest state of existence or even merging them. Among the main techniques is also the “Convergence Procedure,” which is somewhat different in nature than the IT and its versions. It also deals with the parts of personality, but unlike the IT, its purpose is primarily to harmonize them. You can find detailed all descriptions of the main techniques in our books "Inner Freedom Techniques" or "Inner Peace, Outer Success." |
