After learning both the basic and main Reintegration techniques, we will be ready for the most important step: the re-integration of our personality.
Why do we call it re-integration, and not simply integration? It’s mostly connected to the fourth postulate of this system: all apparently negative structures have a genuinely positive origin and purpose. Every seemingly challenging part of our personality was initially part of the highest intention for our being. It is over time that it degraded and became a lower state of delusion. Our aim is to target such parts, and work them back into the wholeness of our being.
The name also stems from the assumption that one must continue re-integrating parts of their self in future lives as well. Many people believe that at the very beginning of our existence we were unified entities; complete and nearly perfect beings; but we have transformed over many, many years of experiences and suffering, slowly but radically changing into today’s shape. Personalities are now filled with many fears, obsessions, misconceptions, self-defeating beliefs, and more. Now, the time has come to become united once again; to fuse all our parts back into one unified, impeccable character.
That being said, you do not need to subscribe to that ideology in order to successfully utilize the system… the first two conceptions of which are: parts of personality and chain of goals.

Parts of Personality:
|
A pattern within one’s personality that may be expressed in how a person thinks or feels, or in the individual's behavior. In the Reintegration System, a problem or unwanted state of mind is viewed as a distinct part of the personality and reintegrated as such into the unity of one’s being.
|
Chain of Goals:
|
The original state of every being is a kind of Supreme Happiness, expressed through states of peace, love or joy. Due to a challenging environment, one gradually develops self-limiting beliefs or perceptions of reality, which in turn negatively influences their surroundings. That begins a slow, steady process of worsening, which spurs the formation of a temporary Chain of Goals, striving at each step to achieve a better state of being one rank improved from the current state.
However, the ultimate goal of our work is to achieve a state of Supreme Happiness, Wholeness and Freedom. Apparent fragmentation of unwanted states of mind is a temporary way of extracting them from the background “noise” of unconsciousness and integrating them into the unity of our being. |
REPLACING BELIEFS
This simple protocol utilizes the power of the Dissolving the Temporary I Plus procedure on a series of negative beliefs.
DISMANTLING BELIEFS
This is a fascinating technique that involves conceiving alternative meanings of the situation characteristic for the negative belief.
